The 3WPZ-600 is a compact, durable self-propelled sprayer designed to meet the diverse needs of modern farmers. Combining reliability and flexibility, this agricultural sprayer excels in pest control, weed control, and optional fertilizer spreading, making it suitable for food crops, vegetables, and specialty plants. Its sturdy construction, low fuel consumption, and user-friendly design make it a top choice for small farms, orchards, and garden operations, adapting to both dry and wet terrains while ensuring consistent performance.
Powered by a reliable single-cylinder diesel engine, the 3WPZ-600 delivers strong torque to handle muddy fields and uneven terrains with ease. The engine’s robust design ensures long service life, while its low fuel consumption aligns with cost-effective farming practices—perfect for continuous operations across 10 to 20 hectares. This diesel engine-driven machine maintains stable performance, even during prolonged use, reducing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Featuring a hydraulic fan-shaped three-fold spray rod, the boom sprayer offers adjustable spray width to match crop spacing and operational needs. Crafted from high-strength steel pipe, the spray rod is durable and corrosion-resistant, with external engineering plastic nozzles equipped with drip-proof filters. The three-cylinder plunger pump ensures sufficient flow and balanced pressure, resulting in uniform atomization that covers crops thoroughly, from seedling to mid-growth stages.
With four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, the 3WPZ-600 boasts exceptional maneuverability, even in confined spaces. Its compact turning radius minimizes crop damage, especially during the later stages of crop growth, outperforming bulkier tractor sprayers. The fixed or adjustable track width adapts to different crop rows, while pneumatic tires provide stable traction on dry lands and paddy fields alike, ensuring smooth movement without compressing soil.
This crop sprayer supports optional centrifugal fertilizer sprayers, transforming it into a dual-purpose tool for both pesticide application and granular fertilizer spreading. Its compact structure is easier to store and transport than traditional suspended sprayers, while accessible components simplify maintenance. The high-strength transmission bridge and four-speed high-low gearbox enhance durability, ensuring the machine handles diverse farming tasks with ease.

The 3WPZ-600 is ideal for wheat cultivation, handling weeding, pest control, and foliar fertilizer spraying. For rice farms, it excels in applying herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides during key growth stages, as well as sowing granular fertilizers. It also supports corn seedling weeding and early-mid stage pesticide application, protecting crops from threats while promoting healthy growth.
For large-scale plantations of soybeans, cotton, and vegetables, this self-propelled boom sprayer provides efficient pest and disease control. Its adjustable spray width and pressure adapt to different crop types, ensuring thorough coverage without wasting chemicals. The optional centrifugal fertilizer spreader adds versatility, making it suitable for applying granular fertilizers to cash crops and garden plants.
Beyond crop care, the 3WPZ-600 is effective for spraying hygiene and epidemic prevention disinfectants in public places. Its wide spray range and powerful pump make it suitable for disinfecting warehouses, farm facilities, and open areas, offering additional value for multi-purpose use.
This issue is typically caused by an improperly adjusted choke pull wire gap. Locate the choke pull wire adjustment mechanism and adjust the gap to ensure the choke fully closes when pulled. If the problem persists, inspect the choke valve for debris or wear that might prevent it from sealing properly.
Uneven atomization often results from incorrect pressure or a clogged filter. First, check the pressure gauge and adjust it to the recommended level (around 0.5 MPa). Then, remove and clean the drip-proof filter screens on the nozzles to eliminate any debris that might be restricting flow.
A low battery may indicate a worn starter motor coupling. Inspect the coupling for signs of wear or damage and replace it if necessary. Additionally, check the battery’s charging system to ensure it’s receiving power during operation—loose wiring or a faulty alternator could also cause persistent low voltage.
